Trump Demands Jail Time for Biden’s Autopen Operators
President Trump isn’t holding back. On Sunday, he called for the person or persons who operated Joe Biden’s autopen to be jailed. He fired off his message on Truth Social.
Trump tweeted: “Hopefully ACTBLUE, the Democrats ILLEGAL SCAM used to raise money, including from not allowed “foreign contributions,” is being looked at by authorities. The Dems only know how to win by CHEATING, something which they do better than any group or party in history. But now, with their terrible policies and candidates, and with people like Crooked Adam Schiff, who demanded a full Pardon from Sleepy Joe, leading the way, it is almost impossible to reach their money goals. The USA is wise to these scoundrels and crooks. Also, why did the Auto Pen give Schiff a Pardon? Biden knew nothing about it. Who operated the Auto Pen? That is the biggest question being asked in D.C. They almost destroyed our Country. They should all be in jail!!!”
News is flying around. As previously reported, The Oversight Project gathered every document with Biden’s signature. Every document used the same autopen signature, except for the announcement that he was dropping out of the 2024 race.
Just last month, Trump declared Joe Biden’s autopen pardons invalid. He isn’t the only one raising concerns.
Who was in charge of Joe Biden’s autopen?
The Oversight Project highlighted that Neera Tanden was the White House Staff Secretary when Biden autopenned pardons – and it happened from a golf course in the US Virgin Islands. This fact has raised plenty of eyebrows.
Neera Tanden’s name pops up again and again. She was a frequent mention in the leaked Podesta emails from WikiLeaks. Tanden wasn’t shy. She was one of the most vocal Russiagate conspiracy theorists. She attacked Republicans while working for Hillary Clinton. And she went after Sen. Bernie Sanders and his supporters with a vengeance.
Last month, the Oversight Project revealed that six criminals received Biden’s autopenned pardons on December 30, 2022 – all while Biden was relaxing, vacationing, and golfing in St. Croix. According to The New York Post’s Steve Nelson, a key Biden aide might have overstepped their bounds. This aide unilaterally decided what documents to sign with the autopen.
The New York Post even mentioned that the aide held considerable power. One insider confided, “I feared no one as much as I feared that [staffer]. To me, [the staffer] basically was the president. No one ever questioned [the staffer]. Period.”
Now, the big question remains: Is Neera Tanden the main player behind these autopenned pardons? Tanden joined Biden’s team as a key White House staffer only after she was forced to withdraw her nomination as OMB Director.
The Oversight Project did not miss a beat. They fired back on one of Tanden’s tweets: “You were White House Staff Secretary when Biden autopenned pardons from the golf course in USVI,” they asked. “This you?”
