President Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is already proving its worth by terminating 85 wasteful Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) contracts worth approximately $1 billion across multiple federal agencies—all within its first 10 days of operation. That’s right, a billion dollars in useless woke spending gone in just over a week.
DOGE, established through Trump’s Executive Order on Government Efficiency signed on Inauguration Day, was designed to streamline federal operations and put an end to bureaucratic waste. The biggest targets so far? The Department of Education, Department of Labor, Treasury, Defense, USDA, Homeland Security, and the EPA—all of which have been bleeding taxpayer money on nonsense instead of focusing on their actual missions.
The cuts have been massive. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) alone lost $500 million in DEI-related contracts, while the Department of Agriculture saw $110 million in cuts. Other highlights include:

And this is just the beginning. The DOGE initiative will continue rolling out budget cuts over the next 18 months, ensuring that federal spending actually delivers value instead of funding divisive, ideological nonsense.
In a genius move, Trump appointed Elon Musk to run the Department of Government Efficiency, ensuring that a businessman who actually understands efficiency is in charge of slashing government waste. The department itself is temporary, housed under what used to be known as the United States Digital Service—now rebranded as the United States DOGE Service.
And yes, the acronym DOGE is a deliberate nod to the popular Dogecoin cryptocurrency and its Shiba Inu meme origins. If nothing else, it shows that this administration isn’t just about getting results—it’s about having some fun while doing it.
One of the most satisfying parts of this entire initiative? The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) just announced that 60 DEI employees have been placed on administrative leave. VA spokesperson Morgan Ackley made it clear:
“We are proud to have abandoned the divisive DEI policies of the past and pivot back to VA’s core mission.”
That’s what actual leadership looks like.
