Media Madness: Censoring the Truth on the White House Lawn
CNN has jumped on the censorship bandwagon. Now, along with MSNBC, they’re hiding images of so-called illegal alien criminals. These pictures were plastered on the White House lawn by the Trump administration last Sunday.
Hundreds of photos were set up where the media usually stands for their to-camera shots. They show individuals accused of serious crimes like rape and murder. The Trump team made sure these placards got in the shot.
Yesterday, an MSNBC talking head urged reporters to blur the images outside the White House. And guess what? They did. Now, CNN isn’t just following—they’ve taken it a step further by blurring the shots during live broadcasts.
Host Jake ‘fake news’ Tapper stated “The Trump administration is approaching its first 100-day mark with a full-court press on the issue of illegal immigration, and they really don’t want you to miss it.”
He added, “They subtly and tastefully decked the White House north lawn with dozens of yard signs featuring the photos of people that the Trump administration claims are in the country illegally,” in a sardonically funny tone.
Tapper also claimed CNN is “working to confirm the identities and if there are actual allegations against these people.”
Honestly, it doesn’t take a genius to see what’s going on. A quick peek at the White House website or their social media would do the trick.
On Hannity, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller laid it out bluntly. He said, “Every day I see on my desk, Sean, examples of the illegal aliens that President Trump’s Department of Homeland Security and Justice have arrested and the heinous unthinkable crimes they’ve committed.”
Miller didn’t hold back. He listed out, “The assault and rape of underage children, the violent beating and murder of moms, shooting innocent people in cold blood in the street,” adding, “Crime after crime after crime.”
He then lashed out at the mainstream media, saying, “those sanctimonious pompous jerks in the left-wing corporate press refuse to cover any of these crimes, refuse to interview or cover any of their victims, do not demonstrate an ounce of human empathy for any of the suffering that Joe Biden’s border invasion, the Democrat Party’s border invasion, has wrought on this country.”
Miller pushed even further, asserting, “President Trump’s White House has forced, brilliantly, these outlets to acknowledge these crimes, to acknowledge these atrocities by putting these posters, these mugshots and their criminal histories right behind them as they stand there and do their shots every single day.”
He wrapped it up with a promise: “We’re going to keep forcing the media to cover the atrocities committed by the illegal aliens that Joe Biden and the Democrat Party have brought into our country.”
It really isn’t surprising. The legacy media has earned its label as the enemy of the people.
