Musk, Money, and Mayhem: The Paternity Saga Unfolds
Ashley St. Clair recently dropped a bombshell. According to The Wall Street Journal, she revealed that Elon Musk offered her a whopping $15 million upfront, plus $100,000 a month until their son turned 21. Short, bold, and very direct.
Musk’s fixer, Jared Birchall, was on hand to hash out the deal. The Wall Street Journal reported, “Musk offered St. Clair $15 million and $100,000 a month in support in exchange for her silence about the child, whom they named Romulus. Similar agreements had been negotiated with other mothers of Musk’s children, Birchall told St. Clair.”
But the deal came with a catch. St. Clair turned it down because she said it made her son feel “illegitimate”.
Things got even more tangled. As The Wall Street Journal noted, “She complied with the request to not name Musk on the birth certificate. Not long after the birth, Birchall pushed St. Clair to sign documents keeping the father of the baby and details regarding her relationship with Musk secret in return for financial support. The offer was a one-time fee of $15 million for a home and living expenses, plus an additional $100,000 a month until the baby turned 21.”
Yet she didn’t sign. The report continued, “But she didn’t sign. The agreement prevented her from speaking about Musk in relation to the child or disparaging him, but didn’t bar Musk from speaking negatively about her if he wanted. St. Clair would have to pay back the $15 million lump sum if she broke the agreement.”
On Valentine’s Day, the conservative influencer shocked the internet with a revelation. She wrote, “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.”
She added more context: “I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.
“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting,” she concluded.
The drama wasn’t over. Not long ago, Ashley, who reportedly lives in a luxury Manhattan apartment paid for by Musk, said she sold her prized $100,000 Model S Tesla after Musk slashed her child support. “I’m selling it because I need to make up for the 60 percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” she said.
During an interview, when a reporter asked, “Do you feel like he was sort of, like, vindictive against you in some way?” St. Clair fired back, “Yeah, that’s his modus operandi, when women speak out.”
She hasn’t spoken with Musk since February 13.

The saga took an even wilder turn on social media. Musk himself recently said, “I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed,” and added, “Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.”

Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused.
And you weren’t sending *me* money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary… until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for “disobedience.” But you’re really only punishing your son.
It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world. It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it.
America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child.
To top it all off, The Wall Street Journal confirmed another bombshell. According to The Wall Street Journal, Elon Musk was ordered to take a paternity test and the results stated that the “Probability of Paternity” was 99.9999%.
