Federal immigration agents arrested Georgii Gabiev, a Russian national accused in a 2024 Minnesota crash that killed truck driver Tim Tarnowski. Officials say Gabiev entered the country in 2022, ran a stop sign while watching a YouTube lesson on his iPad, and later served jail time for criminal vehicular manslaughter.
