The young woman found dead Saturday at a Mattapan property owned by the husband of Rep. Ayanna Pressley has been identified as 18-year-old Yoseliani Marte. According to the report, Marte was found shot to death on the grounds of the residence after Boston police responded to a call about a deceased person at the property. The case is being handled as a death investigation, with the Boston Police Department’s Homicide Unit taking over after officers arrived and secured the scene.
Property Owned by Pressley’s Husband
The home where Marte was found is owned by Conan Harris, the husband of Rep. Ayanna Pressley, a Democrat from Massachusetts. Pressley and Harris do not live at the Mattapan residence, according to the report. Police placed red crime tape around the scene as investigators began their work.
