US Bolsters Israeli Defense Against Escalating Iranian Missile Incursions

US Forces Back Israel as Iran Unleashes Drone Missile Attacks

US forces are stepping up for Israel. Iran isn’t pulling any punches. The attack is aggressive and bold.

Early Friday morning local time, Israel struck hard at Iranian nuclear sites.

Reports say explosions rang out in Tehran. The scene is chaotic.

The US made it clear on Thursday: Israel acted alone on Iran.

“We are not involved in strikes against Iran and our top priority is protecting American forces in the region,” the White House said.

Then on Friday, Iran fired over 200 missiles at Israel and even hit Tel Aviv. This isn’t subtle.

Intelligence confirms the US is on missile interception duty. Reports claim American assets are hard at work.

“The U.S. is helping to intercept incoming ballistic missiles, according to an Israeli official and a senior U.S. official,” Axios reported.

AP also confirmed the US is assisting Israel:

The U.S. official did not say how the U.S. provided assistance, however both U.S. Air Force fighter aircraft and destroyer-based missile defenses have intercepted missiles in previous attacks.

The U.S. has been moving assets nearer to Israel to assist in missile intercepts and to provide better protection of U.S. bases in the region.

The official spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss ongoing operations.

Fox News is reporting that the US is shooting down Iranian missiles with “Patriot Pac-3 missiles and with Thaad.”
