Cocaine Controversy at the White House: Trump Demands Answers
President Trump is turning up the heat on a mystery that the Biden White House tried to sweep under the rug. A small bag of cocaine was found in the West Wing nearly two years ago, and the official story just doesn’t add up.
The incident dates back to July 2023. A plastic bag with cocaine was discovered in a storage cubby near a public entrance to the West Wing. The discovery led to an immediate evacuation and a fast-track investigation by the Secret Service. Meanwhile, President Biden and his family were at Camp David. Advanced fingerprint and DNA tests were run, yet no suspect was ever identified. In just eleven days, the case was closed due to a so-called lack of physical evidence.
But Trump isn’t buying it. In a recent interview with The Spectator, when asked by Ben Domenech, “So… who actually left the cocaine in the White House?” Trump fired back, “Well, either Joe or Hunter. Could be Joe, too.”
He didn’t stop there. Trump highlighted a bizarre twist: the area where the cocaine was found was covered in fingerprints – or so it should have been – yet it was completely wiped clean. As he put it, “OK, so that was such a terrible thing because, you know, those bins are very loaded up… they’re not clean, and they have hundreds and even thousands of fingerprints. And when they went to look at it, it was absolutely stone cold, wiped dry,” he said.
Trump suspects foul play. He argues that someone went to extreme lengths, mentioning, “That thing was wiped out with the strongest form of alcohol,” and promised a closer look at the case, adding, “I think I’m going to look into that because… bad stuff happened there.”
The investigation’s handling has raised more questions than answers. Reports from RealClearPolitics claim that then-Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle wanted to destroy the cocaine evidence to avoid media frenzy. Forensic and uniformed officers put up a fight, resulting in internal disagreements. Still, despite a “partial DNA hit,” nobody was ever publicly named, and the case was shelved.
Now, with Trump reviving the controversy, the real question is: will anyone finally explain what really went down in the West Wing, or will this mystery remain a dark blot on the Biden years? One thing’s for sure – Trump isn’t letting this one fade quietly into history.
