Trump Slams Fake Pardons as Void
President Donald Trump fired off a strong message: the “preemptive pardons” tied to the now-gone Jan. 6 Committee are “VOID.”
He made it clear in a statement that pardons issued under former President Joe Biden are “VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT.”
This bombshell comes on the heels of revelations that many documents – including executive orders and official pardons – weren’t actually signed by Biden.
Instead, White House staffers used an “autopen” to mimic his signature. Trump blasted these actions on Truth Social.
On Truth Social, he explained that Biden “knew nothing about” the documents with his fake signature.
Trump didn’t hold back. He warned that anyone caught faking the signature “may have committed a crime.”
The President pointed the finger at the “political thugs” on the Jan. 6 Committee, naming members like Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), and Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS).
He added, “Those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two-year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.”
The controversy heats up as more details surface about Biden’s administration allegedly using an “autopen” for official documents.
Earlier this month, the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project highlighted that almost every major document – except one about Biden dropping from the 2024 race – had the same machine-generated signature.
Critics have long pointed to Biden’s mental state when questioning the legal strength of his signed orders. Now, reports are hinting that staffers and even family members might be deciding things on his behalf.
A particularly eyebrow-raising moment came when Biden reportedly told House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) he didn’t remember signing a big January 2024 order to pause liquefied natural gas export decisions. Such revelations raise serious alarms.
In one case, a document popped up with Biden’s signature while he was on vacation.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey recently wrote a letter demanding that the Department of Justice look into whether Biden’s cognitive decline let unelected staff push through controversial orders without his true nod.
Bailey warned, “It is black-letter law that a document is void, ab initio, when the person signing it lacks mental capacity.”
He continued, “Staffers and the Vice President cannot constitutionally evade accountability by laundering far-left orders through a man who does not know what he is signing. If in fact this has been occurring, then all those orders are void.”
The ripple effects of voiding Biden’s pardons could be massive, potentially rattling figures like Anthony Fauci, retired Gen. Mark Milley, and other Biden backers.
Further digging by the Oversight Project confirmed that “the same exact Biden autopen signature” was found on the pardons for Fauci, Milley, and on the documents for the Jan. 6 Committee members.
The same signature even appeared on pardons for several members of Biden’s family who were apparently involved in dodgy foreign deals linked to the president and his son, Hunter Biden.
