FBI Agent Arrested – A Double Standard Exposed
Johnathan Buma, an FBI agent with 15 years on the job, got arrested on Monday. He was caught red-handed for allegedly leaking classified info.
The arrest happened just as he was about to board an international flight, according to ABC News. Clearly, this isn’t the move of a true whistleblower.
Buma printed around 130 confidential files from the bureau’s internal network. He even shared a draft of a book about his FBI career – a book that spills sensitive details about a foreign WMD program. Who does that?
This reckless act put national security at risk and exposed the hypocrisy within the FBI. It’s a classic case of playing by one set of rules while expecting everyone else to follow another.
It’s especially ironic considering his history of trying to paint himself as the courageous whistleblower.
Last year, he told Business Insider that political bias during Trump’s first administration drove him to speak out. He claimed, “Rudy Giuliani may have been compromised by individuals suspected of being involved in Russian counterintelligence influence operations,” and added, “I saw important intelligence information being suppressed.” Those exact words now sound like a desperate attempt to dodge responsibility.
Buma also brushed off the Hunter Biden-Burisma scandal and the infamous laptop from hell as part of a “disinformation campaign.” This stance fits right in with the liberal media’s script – downplaying evidence that could tarnish the Biden name while coming after President Trump.
As Trump continues to put America first, his opponents are scrambling. The liberal media, always shouting about Trump-Russia collusion, now faces a scandal of its own making. Buma’s arrest is a stark reminder: double standards hurt everyone.
The message is clear. The rules are the same for everyone. When you choose bias over integrity, you eventually get caught, and the truth always shows up.
