I am stunned.”
The usual media outlets have been quick to brush this ruling off. CNN’s Supreme Court analyst Steve Vladeck said it doesn’t force the Trump administration to start cutting checks immediately. That’s like saying, “Don’t worry, we’re just putting this off for later.” Not exactly a win.

For conservatives who thought Roberts and Barrett were rock-solid figures, this is a rude wake-up call.
