St Louis District Attorney Kim Gardner has been found guilty of 141 counts of misconduct and misrepresentation in her prosecution of former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens, who was later cleared of all charges.

In fact, since becoming DA, Gardner has refused to prosecute hundreds of violent criminals including murderers, rapists and armed robbers. This makes St Louis one of the most dangerous cities in America with some of the lowest arrest rates in the country.

Unfortunately, Gardner’s leniency toward criminals has had a devastating impact on the citizens of St Louis. Last year there were more murders than at any time in the last 50 years and shootings have become an all too common occurrence in many neighborhoods. The police have become so overwhelmed that they’ve had to resort to using stop-and-frisk tactics just to keep some semblance of order on the streets.
What’s worse is that many residents feel like their voices are not being heard by their elected officials because they are so busy pandering to special interests instead of actually doing their job—protecting citizens from crime.
