Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested in July and charged with enticement of minors, sex trafficking of children, and purgery and because a judge determined that her risks of fleeing "are simply too great" she will remain in jail until her trial date of July 12, 2021.
She is best known as Jeffery Epstein's long time girlfriend and partner in crime. Maxwell was in charge of recruiting and grooming young girls that would be abused sexually by Epstein and members of his inner circle.
Since her arrest, more information about Maxwell's life has surfaced like her last public appearance before she went into hiding and her ultimate arrest.
A photo of Maxwell shows her at a charity for human sex trafficking victims in 2019. In the photo, you can see the British socialist at a London's Cash and Rocket rally just one year before being federally charged with enticement of minors and sex trafficking of children as young as 14 years old.

It has also been reported that she used the charity event to drop in at Buckingham Palace and meet Prince Andrew, who was later named as a frequent flier on Epstein's private jet.
It is understood that she even used the event to drop in at Buckingham Palace and meet close pal Prince Andrew. The rally raised money for three different charities, the child poverty group Sumbandila, the Helen Bamber Foundation, and the Dream For Future Africa Foundation.
The Helen Bamber Foundation was founded by the late human rights activist of the same name and works with individuals that have been subjected to "human trafficking." The foundation's website states that the survivors it helps include those who have forced "forced labor, sexual exploitation, gender-based, and 'honor-based' violence."
