Kamala Harris is facing some serious heat lately, even from her usual supporters. For weeks, the far-left show “Saturday Night Live,” along with the rest of the corporate media, has been soft on her because they want to see President Trump out of office. But that all changed during a recent episode.
In a skit parodying Steve Harvey’s famous game show Family Feud, SNL took aim at Harris after Trump decided not to debate her again. Kenan Thompson played Steve Harvey while Maya Rudolph and James Austin Johnson took on the roles of Harris and Trump.
SNL Takes Shots at Campaign Struggles
The opening was brutal for Harris. When introduced by Harvey, he asked why she wasn’t winning easily despite raising a record amount of money and campaigning hard. Her response? She screams into her pillow every morning wondering just that.
This moment echoed back to Hillary Clinton’s own struggles in 2016 when she also questioned why she wasn’t crushing Trump in their race.
HARRIS: My campaign has raised a billion dollars.
HARVEY: Oh, my lord. How are you not winning by a landslide?
HARRIS: That’s a question I scream into my pillow every morning.
SNL’s Continued Mockery of Harris
The mockery didn’t stop there; it got worse as the game progressed. At one point, Harvey asked both candidates to name something they keep in their glove compartment. This led to an amusing jab at one of Harris’s go-to lines about being born middle-class—a line she’s used countless times during speeches.
THOMPSON: Name something that you can keep in your glove department.
(Rudolph buzzes in)
RUDOLPH: Steve, look, I was raised in a middle-class family, alright.
THOMPSON: Oh, here we go.
RUDOLPH: My mother raised my sister and me; she worked hard and saved up.
THOMPSON: Did that mother have a glove department?
RUDOLPH: A small business owner named Miss Shelton.
THOMPSON: Okay, we got that. Something that you keep in your glove department.
RUDOLPH: A Glock, Steve. A big old Glock.
THOMPSON: Oh, so you strap like that!
A Drunken Introduction?
If things couldn’t get any worse for Kamala Harris on SNL, they showed her acting tipsy while introducing Joe Biden—played by Dana Carvey—in another segment where she seemed less than sober while speaking.
