FBI Drama: Bondi, Bongino, and Patel on the Edge
FBI Director Kash Patel is fed up with Pam Bondi. Rumor has it he might even resign if Dan Bongino bails.
Earlier Friday it was reported that FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino took a day off after clashing with Attorney General Pam Bondi over the handling of the Epstein files.
On Sunday night, a fresh FBI, DOJ memo obtained by Axios said Jeffrey Epstein did not have a client list he used for blackmail.
The FBI had already ruled that Epstein committed suicide in August 2019.
According to Axios, Bongino got blamed for an oversight involving a missing minute.
CNN reported that Bongino is thinking about resigning, though he hasn’t made up his mind yet.
The Daily Wire hit hard, reporting that Bongino said he won’t stick around at the FBI if Pam Bondi stays at the DOJ.
Later Friday, The Daily Wire also revealed that Kash Patel wants Pam Bondi out and is considering leaving if Bongino goes.
There’s mounting frustration over other documents Pam Bondi hasn’t released.
Fox News is saying that Director Kash Patel and Bondi plan to stay and serve, no matter what.
