Bondi Fights Back Against Partisan Judicial Bias in Bold Defense of Conservative Values

DOJ Takes No Prisoners: Misconduct Complaint Filed Against Judge Boasberg

The Justice Department isn’t playing games. U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced on Monday that they’ve filed a formal misconduct complaint against D.C. Chief Judge James Boasberg. The reason? His own admission of bias against the Trump administration.

This isn’t just a slap on the wrist. DOJ Chief of Staff Chad Mizelle led the charge, accusing Boasberg of breaking the Canons of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges. That rule clearly states that judges must “promote public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.”

A leaked memo from The Federalist adds fuel to the fire. The document reveals that Boasberg and fellow far-left D.C. judges openly talked about their dislike for President Trump during a March 2025 judicial conference with Chief Justice John Roberts. According to the memo, Boasberg mentioned his colleagues’ “concern that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts, leading to a constitutional crisis”—a blatant nod to their preemptive bias against the Trump White House.

“A newly revealed memo confirms that at least some federal judges were predisposed against the Trump administration. This is a serious breach of the judicial oath and a threat to the rule of law. Every litigant, regardless of politics, is entitled to a fair forum,” declared Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. His words cut right to the heart of the issue.

But it doesn’t stop there. The memo exposes what some are calling a judicial coup, led by activist judges like Boasberg, Beryl Howell, Tanya Chutkan, and Amy Berman Jackson. These are the very names behind rulings that have repeatedly gone against President Trump—in cases on deportations, executive authority, and more. One standout example? Boasberg. The Obama-appointed judge has gone too far—demanding that deportation flights even turn around midair and threatening Trump officials with criminal contempt for simply doing their jobs.

The liberal media, as usual, is keeping mum. Where are the headlines about this brazen judicial bias? Where’s the uproar over unelected judges scheming to take down a duly elected president? Instead, outlets like CNN and The Washington Post stick with their fake narratives while the real threat—a weaponized judiciary—remains unchallenged.

Donald Trump has always stood as a bulwark for the Constitution. Despite relentless lawfare from partisan judges and prosecutors, he hasn’t budged from his mission of draining the swamp and restoring trust in America’s institutions. The DOJ’s move against Boasberg is a critical step for accountability, but make no mistake—the fight is only just getting started.
