DOJ Slams Biased Judge in Trump Case
The Justice Department is taking a stand. U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced a misconduct complaint against D.C. Chief Judge James Boasberg. The filing blasts Boasberg for his own admission of bias against the Trump administration. It alleges a serious breach by violating the Canons of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, which say judges must “promote public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.”
A leaked memo from The Federalist has turned up damning evidence. At a March 2025 judicial conference with Chief Justice John Roberts, Boasberg and other far-left judges aired their disdain for President Trump. The memo reveals that Boasberg noted his colleagues’ “concern that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts, leading to a constitutional crisis”—a clear sign of preemptive bias against the Trump White House.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche wasn’t holding back. “A newly revealed memo confirms that at least some federal judges were predisposed against the Trump administration. This is a serious breach of the judicial oath and a threat to the rule of law. Every litigant, regardless of politics, is entitled to a fair forum,” he declared. His words call out the misconduct loud and clear.
The memo also exposes what many are calling a judicial coup. Activist judges like Boasberg, Beryl Howell, Tanya Chutkan, and Amy Berman Jackson have repeatedly ruled against President Trump in critical cases involving deportations and executive authority. According to the documents, Boasberg—an Obama-appointed radical—was one of the worst offenders, demanding that deportation flights turn around midair and even threatening Trump officials with criminal contempt.
Meanwhile, the liberal media remains oddly quiet. Where are the headlines decrying this brazen judicial bias? Instead of exposing the unelected judges who are undermining our democracy, outlets like CNN and The Washington Post continue to peddle fake narratives. It’s a deliberate silence that only makes the threat to our nation more real.
President Trump, a steadfast defender of the Constitution, has long faced partisan attacks. Despite relentless lawfare from biased judges and prosecutors, he remains laser-focused on draining the swamp and restoring faith in America’s institutions. The DOJ’s action against Boasberg is a big step toward accountability. But make no mistake—the fight for a fair and impartial judiciary is far from over.
