Biden Judge’s Ruling Ties the Hands of Law Enforcement
A Biden-appointed judge is overstepping again. Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong has issued a tentative decision that would stop DHS agents from doing their job in Los Angeles and nearby counties. This ruling, set to be finalized tomorrow, means ICE and Border Patrol might not act based on race, language, where people live or work. It’s a move that leaves our communities exposed while illegal immigration keeps rising under Biden’s policies.
The far-left ACLU is behind the lawsuit. They claim that “Trump’s DHS engaged in ‘deportation dragnets’ by targeting individuals based solely on skin color.” But the Trump administration’s DOJ is clear: “all arrests are conducted in full compliance with the law,” relying on “surveillance, intelligence, and known hiring locations for illegal labor.”
This decision comes at a time when ICE agents are getting attacked—physically and politically—by leftist mobs. Just look at the latest raid at a Camarillo cannabis farm. While the liberal media loves to paint ICE as villains, these brave agents are fulfilling what the Biden administration won’t: protecting our communities from criminal illegal aliens.
If finalized, Judge Frimpong’s ruling would force DHS agents to have “reasonable suspicion” before making any arrests. That vague standard will only give illegal immigrants and their employers more room to operate. It’s another case of activist judges overstepping their bounds instead of letting law enforcement enforce laws passed by Congress.
President Trump has always backed ICE and Border Patrol. He knows that strong borders mean a safe America. While the left pushes open-border policies, Trump stands with the brave men and women risking their lives to keep our communities safe.
